We do not have any other locations at this time.

• Workshops: Due to the hands-on nature of our Make and Take Workshops, they are currently face to face only. However, we are working on some online options. Stay tuned!
• Programs: Our Master Herbalist, Clinical Medical Herbalist, Medical Phytotherapy, and our Business Incubator Programs are open to distance learners! You can join the class with our private Zoom link, and the courses are housed in an online learning platform to make it easy to stay connected.

• Workshops: Currently, to reserve your seat at a Make and Take Workshop, payment in full is required in advance.
• Programs: For our Programs, there is a discount if you pay in full, and each Program has either a 3-month pay option (for Master Herbalist & Clinical Medical Herbalist), or a 6-month pay option (for all other Programs).

Our Master Herbalist, Clinical Medical Herbalist, Medical Phytotherapy, and our Business Incubator Programs all offer a beautiful, frameable Diploma.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make it as easy as possible to adjust your booking with us.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your registration for any Make and Take Workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
• Day-of Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Workshop will not be refunded due to preparation and material costs.
• No-shows and Rescheduling: If you miss your scheduled Workshop, you may reschedule by contacting us within 7 days of the missed Workshop. We will transfer your seat to the next available Workshop or another of equal value.
• After the Workshop Starts: Once a Workshop has begun, we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of the intellectual property shared in the session.

We aim to support your growth and want you to feel confident in your program choice.

• Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of starting the Program and have completed less than 20% of the Program content.
  After 30 Days or 20%
• Completion: Due to the depth of content and intellectual property involved, we do not offer refunds after the initial 30 days or if more than 20% of the Program has been completed.
• Program Pauses and Transfers: If circumstances change and you need to take a break, please contact us. We can discuss options for pausing or transferring your enrollment to a future Program start date, depending on availability.
